• Fellows who pass out from the Patna Instructional Course are also eligible under the fellows’ category upon submission of valid proof.
• Post Graduates (both broad speciality and super speciality) need to submit valid proof from the heads of their respective departments.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat via email at registration@marundeshwara.com.
• Cancellations received up to 31st March 2026 will be eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fee (after deducting administrative charges).
• Cancellations received up to 30th June 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Cancellations received after 30th June 2026 will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of the reason.
• GST charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference closes.
